Return Policy

We are very proud to share the BAH KOO CHEE experience with you.

We make every effort to ensure your complete satisfaction, but if you wish to return your order, please follow the procedure described below.

If you wish to return all or part of your order you may do this within 14 days of receiving. Your return must be approved prior to shipping.

Email to info@bahkoochee.com with “RETURN” in the subject line. 

We will inform you once your return has been approved and subsequently of the progress of your return and any associated refund process. Please note that return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. 

The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging. 

As shipping fees and any potential risks of the return remain at the customer's charge and sole responsibility, we suggest to send the returned item(s) by registered post with tracking. Keep a copy of the proof of dispatch.

Please provide the tracking number of your return parcel to info@bahkoochee.com 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
